A new app, My Behaviour, made by researchers from Cornell University and Michigan University may well make it easier for people to actually make fitness and health changes and stick with them. There are a lot of Smartphone apps now available in the Apple app store and Google play store which tracks physical activities and calorie consumptions. Many of such apps like the Fitbit and Jawbone also works with gadgets such as a wristband or a smart watch. But using them might become a struggle as it requires you to make radical changes in your routine to see good results
